Epson Printer Wireless Connectivity Issue

  1. If you are using a USB cable connection, make sure to directly connect it to the PC and the printer. Also, the cable should not be broken or damaged from anywhere to work correctly.

  2. If you are using a wireless system, make sure that both the computer and the printer should connect well. Also, the internet flow should be competent to work precisely, and both devices should connect with the same WIFI.

Method 2:Why is my Epson printer not printing, well due to its incompatibility, or corrupt files. You could not fully install the driver in the first place and need reinstallation.

  1. Access the settings of your Epson printer and find the printer drivers and software suitable for your printer.

  2. Click on download and open this file from the recently downloaded files and click on it to reinstall it.

  3. Follow the complete procedure for the next few steps to install your printer drivers and software. Make sure that you do not close the window during the installation process.

Why Is My Epson Printer Not Printing When the Ink Is Full

  • Make sure that you set the printer and the PC settings based on the printing job you are going to execute. For example, increase system memory to get high-resolution prints.

Epson Printer Not Printing After Changing Ink

  1. Remove the protective tape covering the print nozzle while refilling the cartridge but, make sure that you do not remove the other stickers or labels on it.

Press and hold the Load/Eject button or the cleaning button for 3 seconds on the Epson printer and elevate the clamp without removing the cartridge from the printer.   3. If your printer sits idle for too long, then you may also face such issues. Therefore, you can also use the previous step for the same problem.

  4. If you could not refill the ink cartridge accurately, then you may face issues. You should be able to refill the ink to the bottom without creating any air bubbles. Make sure to inject more ink at the empty hole through the sponge, and you can gently tap the ink cartridge on the table surface to remove any air bubbles.

Why Is My Epson Printer Not Printing in Color

  1. Ensure that you unselect the Black or Grayscale setting and use the genuine Epson paper and ink as well.

  2. If your ink level is low or dried, then refill them and clean the head nozzles for any clog.

  3. Let the ink dry on the paper and do not stack the print job one after another as it may smudge the ink.

  4. Manage the color using the color management system to match display color with the print.
